Terms and Conditions

As soon as you subscribe to the Advertise with us service that specializes in advertising on the Eagle Web network with its sites, platforms and services, this means reading, understanding and agreeing to The following are in the terms and conditions:



1- Once the fees for reserving the advertising space are paid, the site is committed to upload the advertisement on the network for the agreed upon period.
2- The owner of the advertisement is committed to send a copy of it to the network’s WhatsApp channel at least 24 hours before the advertisement is scheduled to be uploaded.
3- EagleWeb Network is not obligated to any compensation in the event of non-payment of fees from the advertiser or failure to send a copy of the advertisement at the agreed upon time.
4- If the site stops working, we are committed to returning the reservation amount for the remainder of that period
5- The site is not obligated to refund the advertising campaign funds in the event that it is stopped or cancelled, or if the client does not wish to continue the period agreed upon with the site previously for the advertising period.
6- The site has complete freedom to contract with other parties in the event that the current client cancels the campaign
7- In the event of canceling the campaign, the site is not obligated to return the remainder of the campaign amount to the customer. This remaining amount is considered compensation for the site’s losses from the cancellation process.
8- The client will be compensated by increasing the time period for the advertisement in the event of a delay in uploading the advertisement on the site for reasons that have nothing to do with the client, with a period equal to the same time of delay.
9- The site is not obligated to any compensation in the event that the site stops due to it being subjected to a cyber attack, hacking, or any circumstances beyond the site’s management.
10- Communication and agreements can only be made via our email or our WhatsApp channel
11- The site is not obligated to implement any agreement before receiving the full amount of money for the advertising campaign and the client receiving a notice specifying the period during which the campaign will be implemented.
